1) How long does it take to receive my order?
Items in stock ship in approximately 2-5 business days; Ranch Hand products in production ship from 2-4 weeks;  Products not in production can take up to 6 weeks to ship. Please call for details on a specific item.

2) Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only shipments to California pay sales tax.

3) What are the shipping charges?
Your shipping/freight charges will be emailed to you after your order is placed. We only charge our actual shipping cost to our customers. Please call us if you need a shipping estimate or use the contact us form.

4) What is your return policy / satisfaction guarantee?
There is a one year warranty on powder coating and manufacture welds which starts when you receive your product. Clearance items, which are only located on the "clearance page," hold no warranty. Freight damages must be noted on the bill of lading; please inspect product before signing. Freight Damages will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Errors in ordering or any return other than damage will be charged a 25% restocking fee. All freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
