| HEADACHE RACKS, BED CAPS, & SHORT RAILS |
 The Headache Rack comes in two styles: The "2 Inch" or the "Hauler". Both styles are made of heavy-duty square tubing with many optional design features such as louvers or custom punch plate to match vehicle design, with powder coat or Hammertone finish, and with or without window cut. The Headache Racks must be installed with short or long rails. Ranch Hand's Headache Rack provides the customer with a product that is very functional and that compliments the vehicle's design. Each Ranch Hand Headache Rack is finished with the highest quality super polyester black pearl powder coating available today for superior corrosion resistance. |

2 Inch
This Headache Rack is constructed of 14 gauge, 2 inch, square tubing. It must be installed with short or long rails.
Optional features include:

Hauler
The Hauler is constructed of 14 gauge, 2 inch, square tubing and 11 gauge 2" x 6" tubing. It comes standard with 2 oval red lights and 2 oval clear lights. Installation of the Hauler allows red lights to function as taillights and the clear lights to function as back up with option for work lights. It must be installed with short or long rails.

Bed Caps
Bed Caps are made of 12-gauge diamond plate and contoured to protect the truck bed.
Available with a super polyester black pearl powder coating or black Hammertone wrinkle finish.
Bed caps are available with the following design options:

- Long or short wheel base
- With or without headache rack gusset attachment
- No top rail
- Full top rail
- Tool box cut top rail (standard or extra wide tool box)

Short Rails
Short Rails are used only with Ranch Hand Headache Racks. Short Rails are constructed of 26 inch angle iron and Headache Rack gusset attachments.
